Our 33 attractive, light and spacious one or two bedroom villas offer independent living while enjoying an inclusive village environment. Bethsaida Retirement Village is the only Blenheim rest home offering villas to rent along with villas to purchase under an Occupational Right Agreement. Villas are specifically designed and purpose built to meet the changing needs of elder people and are newly redecorated in neutral tones, so that your personal touches and belongings can be added to make them into homes. There is easy entry into the lounge through a ranch slider door with a security screen. Villas are furnished with an oven, carpets, drapes, blinds, heat pump/air conditioning unit, double glazed windows, have ample storage, a bathroom with walk in shower and laundry area. Kitchens are carefully laid out with modern appliances, but if you don’t feel like cooking, you can have meals in our Rest Home dining room, it’s simple to arrange. Separate garaging is also available. Each day our staff call or visit villa residents, to say hello and keep everyone connected with the village.

As villa residents you are very welcome to take advantage as much or as little as you like, in all village activities and you’ll receive a monthly timetable to help plan ahead.

We are conveniently close to Blenheim township with its shops, clubs and community, offering you freedom to come and go as you please. Our park-like grounds with their flat pathways and seating provide lovely spaces for you and your family to enjoy the sunny Blenheim weather.
