On Saturday 11th April, we held a Monster Garage Sale to raise funds to support 2 of our wonderful staff and their families. Both staff are battling illnesses that have restricted them from working and added stress to their lives.
We had an amazing team of staff who formed a committee and arranged the event.
We are extremely thankful to Mike from Meaters for the donation of sausages and frankfurters for the BBQ and to the hundreds of people who donated goods, purchased goods and gave cash donations.
We were able to raise $5,000 which was shared evenly between both Kristine and Beth. Greg, as Committee organiser had the pleasure of presenting both ladies with the money.
